The episode begins with Prathana and Raghu's Ardhanarishwar avatar who treats Naina and cures him. They come as Raghu and Prathana and see Naina. Suvarna feels that Panditji will call Naina in some time and thinks why Raghu and Prathana have not come yet. Jeet's call comes and Jeet says that I call you later. Manjeet asked what happened to Jeet ? Then Jeet tells Manjeet that Gill was asking from which orphanage we have taken Meher. Manjit asks what you said. Jeet says how can I tell him that we found Meher in a basket near the Yamuna river 6 years ago on that stormy night. He says that I managed the situation somehow, but he would ask again, and say that we have to make a story so that those people can trust us. Manjeet says that we will make some story. Then Suvarna listens to both of them and thinks that Raghu and Prayer had shed their daughter in the Yamuna river 6 years ago.

Suvarna wonders whether Meher is Prathana and Raghu's daughter. Then Suvarna sees Meher going out in search of the network, and thinks that if she is Prathana and Raghu's daughter, the red moon light will show her effect. Meher goes out and her skin becomes crusted. Mehar feels jealous and touches her hands. Suvarna comes out and looks at Meher with surprise. Meher's eyes look like a serpent. She is about to fall unconscious when Suvarna comes and catches her. She takes him aside and tells herself that Meher is Raghu and Prathana's daughter, I have to tell Raghu and Parathna, maybe they have misunderstanding.

She says that I have to tell this thing to Prathana and Raghu, all their misunderstandings will be cleared and they will be united. Nagraj Takshak asks Raghu and Prathana to take Naina to the pavilion as everyone is waiting for him. Prathna says thanks to Raghu. Raghu says that it was my fault that I did not trust you about that poisonous snake. Prathana is a caste to hug Raghu, but Raghu stops him. Raghu says that whatever happened 6 years ago, my wounds did not heal, I did not forgive you for my daughter's death. Prathana remembers her daughter's death. Suvarna speaks to herself that when Raghu comes to know that his second daughter is alive, he will forgive the prathana and they will unite. She becomes emotional and happy. Meher regains consciousness and asks Suvarna how did I faint and why are you crying?  Suwarna says you fainted as you did not eat anything.  She says I wanted to tell that your papa! .  Just then Ballu comes there and tells that Papa is calling you.  Prarthana brings Naina there.  Mriganaini and Trisha are shocked and speak how she survived the attack of the stinger and then she cured Naina.  Suvarna tries to talk to Raghu and Prarthana, but they become engaged just as the wedding begins.  Mrignaini and Trisha are furious seeing Prarthana.  Mrignaini says Prarthana defeated us this time also.

Trisha says we need Poorvika's poison, we need to make many snakes with Poorvika's poison.  Mrignaini says if I could kidnap Poorvika, I would have kidnapped her now.  Trisha says before this marriage gets over, we will take out all the poison from Poorvika's body and Prarthana will have no doubt.  Suwarna thinks to tell them later.  Naina and Param exchange garlands.  Meher thinks that if the dupatta uncle and the angry aunty take the rounds, they will get married.  She ties Prarthana's dupatta to Raghu's watch, and then asks Prarthana to video the rounds and asks Raghu to hold a flashlight.  Prarthana and Raghu walk around the havan fire to record Naina and Param's pheras.  After the pheras, Naina and Param sit for other rituals.  Meher feels dizzy and thinks how to make dupatta chacha apply sindoor on angry aunty. Raghu takes the flower petals in his hand.  Meher asks uncle with dupatta to see what is on forehead of angry aunt.

Raghu touches Prarthana's forehead and Sindoor gets applied on Prarthana's forehead.  Meher tells Raghu and Prarthana that both of you are married now and you both should live together.  Naina hugs Prarthana.  Suvarna thinks to tell Raghu and Prarthana after farewell, as Prarthana and Raghu have gone out to see off Naina.  Mriganaini sends Poorvika to bring a gift for Naina.  Poorvika goes to the room.  Trisha asks Mriganaini to extract the poison from Poorvika's body, and tells that she will handle the prathana.  Poorvika goes to the room and wonders where Mrig bua has kept the gift for Naina di.  Then smoke comes in the room and Poorvika faints and Mriganaini takes out all the poison from Poorvika's body.  Trisha comes out as Poorvika.  Prarthana hugs Naina and recalls their bonding.  Naina prays and hugs Raghu.  She also hugs others and remembers their moments.  Prarthana thinks where Mrignaini is, that's why Poorvika comes, so she cannot do wrong with Poorvika.  Mrignaini uses the syringe and extracts all the poison from Poorvika's body.

Suvarna is the caste behind Raghu and Prarthana.  Vijay comes there and holding Suvarna's hand apologizes to her and asks to give one chance.  Suvarna says once the trust is broken, that means it is broken. Vijay gets upset.  Everyone is sitting in the garden. Tina talks about her old days.  Raghu says I will put Poorvika to sleep.  Trisha is hiding behind the tree as Poorvika.  She turns out to be Trisha.  Mrignaini comes to Trisha and tells that she has taken out all the poison from Poorvika's body.  Suvarna asks Prathana and Raghu to meet at Naag Mahal and says that she wants to tell them something important and Suvarna leaves from there. Mriganaini and Trisha think of finding out.

Everyone is shocked to hear that Tina tells Prarthana that Poorvika has fainted and her body has turned black.  There is an earthquake in Nag Mahal.  Nagraj asks Kalia and Vasuki to stand in front of Takshak to stop the storm.  Kalia asks what happened?  Nagraj Takshak tells that the clan of Shesh Nag is in danger.  Vasuki says that Poorvika is with Shesh Naagin and Shesh Nag, Trisha, Suvarna, Mriganaini are with them.  Nagraj tells Takshak that Prarthana and Raghu have to unite to save their daughter.  Prarthana and Raghu along with others come to Poorvika and find her face turning black.  He says Poorvika is superpower and her poison is extraordinary.  Mrignaini says that Poorvika should not have come to Dharti Lok and says that bad things are happening to her ever since she came.  Prarthana asks Mrignaini to stop her act and Prarthana holds Mrignaini by the neck.  Prarthana says because of you Poorvika is in this condition.  Raghu asks her to stop blaming.  Prarthana asks Raghu to trust her.  Mrignaini says pray you are so fallen post, and says if she doesn't want him to come to Poorvika, then she will not come.  She goes.  Gautam says I will call the doctor.  Prarthana says we will manage.  Raghu says we will take her to the doctor.

Trisha tells Mriganaini that we have Poorvika's poison, we can make lakhs of snakes with her poison, our Sardar will be very happy.  Mrignaini says I will kill Prarthana, she will beg for her death.  Trisha asks where is Suvarna?  Mrignayani says he should be here.  Trisha tells that Suvarna can stop us from doing this, and we will not let her fail our mission, and will stop her, do whatever we want.

Prathana and Raghu come near the Yamuna River and take Purvika to Nagvaidya. She says that only her Naag Vaidya can tell her what happened. Prathana says nothing will happen to her daughter. Meher gives her Naina a present and tells her that her present is not as nice as her Prarthana Maa's present. She says you only have one mother for me. She leaves angrily. Naina is shocked. Jeet clears Moa and he leaves. Param told Naina that his mama got angry because Meher is her adopted daughter. He says it's a long story. 

Suwarna is holding up for Prarthana and Raghu within the naag mahal. Raghu and Prarthana take Purvika to naag lok and the naag vaidya check her and tell them that all the harm is taken out from her body. Raghu and Prarthana are stunned. Naag vaidya says she can't be lively for more days, and says she is your uncommon girl and might have harm in her body. Prarthana says we are going donate our harm to her. Naag Vaidya tells simply can't allow poison. Naagraj Takshak tells them that only her sister can spare Purvika. Raghu starts blaming Prarthana and says this is happening since you returned.
